The firm was founded in March 2009 by two inspired professionals who share a passion
for architecture and applied arts: Francesca Aletti, who graduated from the
Faculty of Architecture of the Politecnico di Milano, and Ludovica Belloni,
who graduated from the Academy of Architecture of Mendrisio.

Ununicum is an atelier, an active place for experimentation where architects,
designers, artists and craftsmen pool their intellectual and manual
skills into a single, interdisciplinary and multifaceted creative process.
The firm focuses on interior renovation and refurbishment, including with artistic, sculptural solutions.

Ununicum offers the highest level of quality by combining extensive architectural expertise
with meticulously detailed artistic work capable of arousing engagement and emotions.
Special emphasis is placed on the recovery and enhancement of craftsmanship,
which is seen as a key factor to preserve the local heritage
of the area where the work is performed.

Ununicum works mainly in Italy, but also deals with international projects,
particularly in the field of luxury.
